چکیده
Introduction. Intertrochanteric fractures are defined as extracapsular of the proximal femur that occur between greater and lesser trochanter. Bipolar hip arthroplasty is one most common major orthopaedic procedures to improve patient’s functional status quality life. Spinal anesthesia a regional anesthetic technique performed by injecting local drugs into subarachnoid space obtain dermatome-level analgesia skeletal muscle relaxation. Pain after replacement originates mainly from anterior pelvic capsule. The main target for capsule which richly innervated part joint. PENG block used articular branches pelvis. patient was assessed with an NRS (numeric rating scale) instrument pre post operative.
Case presentation. A-74 year old woman admitted complaints pain in right diagnosed closed fracture intertrochanter planned bipolar spinal anesthesia. Preoperatively score 6. After procedure, we reevaluated using 2 Conclusion. Patients receiving intraoperative postoperative during surgery. Prior anesthesia, can be multimodal patient, expected facilitate sitting position management

Paroxysmal atrioventricular block in a healthy patient receiving spinal anesthesia: a case report.
The presentation of type 1, second-degree atrioventricular block (AVB) in a young, healthy patient is rare. This article describes such an event in a 36-year-old white male under subarachnoid block (SAB) anesthesia. At 25 minutes into surgery, the pulse oximeter and the ECG monitor both alarmed for nonsensing and asystole, respectively. The patient had experienced a complete AVB. "Cough cardiop...

Patients undergoing total hip and knee arthroplasty experience substantial and sustained postoperative pain. Inadequate analgesia may impede physical therapy and rehabilitative efforts and delay hospital dismissal. Traditionally, postoperative analgesia after total joint replacement was provided by either intravenous patient-controlled analgesia or epidural analgesia. Each, however, had disadva...
